Summary:
|
Student resources are invaluable for student achievement. As part of those resources, the District would like to invest in School Bus WIFI in order for students to have connectivity for their student devices.
During the extended bus rides to and from school, students will have an opportunity to connect to the bus WIFI system to proactively engage and complete their assignments.
Fort Irwin Army Base is a big proponent in this venture and provides their support in a successful implementation.
14 school buses will receive the WIFI system. 12 buses on regular routes for Grades 9-12, one activity bus and one reserved bus.
