Summary: Silver Valley Unified and CSEA and its Chapter #374 have reached a tentative agreement regarding adjustments to specific classified positions. These changes include to following: *Increasing one (1) Warehouse Worker position (CNS) by 2.5 hours per day (from 3.5 hours to 6 hours) and reducing the positions' work year from 12 months to 11 months. *Changing one (1) Accounting Technician position from 80% CNS Department/20% Business Services Department to 100% CNS Department. *Increasing one (1) ASB/Accounting Clerk position by 2 hours per day (from 6 to 8 hours).

Recommendation: It is recommended that the Governing Board of Trustees approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Silver Valley Unified School District and CSEA and its Chapter #374, as presented.
